SAP S/4 HANA Functional Analyst / Hybrid in Charlotte, NC / Hybrid Role
About our Customer and Role:
Our premium customer, a global Fortune 500 company & a leader in the Food Services industry is looking for a SAP S/4 Functional Analyst to configure & deploy S/4 solutions. The ideal candidate will have a cross-functional understanding of SAP modules, integration points, and business processes, ensuring the successful deployment of SAP solutions within the organization.
Responsibilities
This position will support the Deployment Team with responsibilities that include functional tasks such as configuration, maintenance and validation for objects involved the preparation for the rollout of our SAP S/4 HANA build to additional lines of business:
- Assist with configuration, validation and cutover planning during deployment phases
- Create and maintain configuration guides to build a repeatable, smooth process
- Configuration objects are focused, but not limited to, Company Codes and Plant builds among other Data Replication Framework objects to ensure seamless integration between tracks (P2P, C2C and R2R).
- Work and coordinate with other teams for Deployment items to ensure various configuration and data tasks are completed correctly and on time to meet the operational goals of the solution keeping in mind, the integration, quality, and performance of the deliverables
- Assist with project management of data migration, cutover and deployment tasks
Qualifications
- Must have 7 years of prior hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA or ECC configuration and support as a functional consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP applications from a cross-functional perspective; position will support P2P, C2C and R2R
- Experience working in an SAP Fiori environment a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide of variety of diverse resources with varying degrees of technological expertise
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools as applied to IT initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, Smartsheet, SAP support portal and basic computer knowledge as well as basic troubleshooting skills
