We are looking at adding recruiters to our team.
Responsibilities :
Create robust sourcing strategies to attract quality applicants
Identify IT and professional talent for open positions or pipeline for specific skill sets using a variety of sources including internal and internet databases, job advertisements, social media, personal contacts, and networking activities.
Conduct interviews and meet with candidates to determine if they have the knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
Screen and meet with candidates to evaluate their skills, interests, and compensation needs.
Negotiate compensation and have experience convincing potential candidates to join our company.
Consistently identify and participate in networking organizations and events is required.
Skills Required :
Recruiting track record of 3-5 years in an Information Technology environment in Corporate or Staffing Agency setup.
Team player who can work collaboratively with Sales teams, Project Managers and Leads.
Ability to network, build and maintain relationships.
High-energy positive person with customer-service focus, and ability to quickly process and analyze situations and people.
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Demonstrated timeliness, accuracy, prioritization, and productivity of tasking.
Strong computer / internet skills.
Commitment to professionalism and strong business ethics.
Superior verbal, written, and listening skills.
Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment.
Have a “can-do” attitude, willing to learn & have positive personality.
