Job Role: Lead Database Engineer (SQL and NoSQL)
Location: Lake Mary, FL(3 days onsite is must)
Hire-Type: Contract
Data Engineer background in database management and optimization. Demonstrated expertise in ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of critical systems. Proficient in both SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Cassandra. Skilled in advanced query tuning, indexing strategies, and performance tools like pgAdmin.
Strong capabilities in automation, monitoring, and incident response, utilizing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and CI/CD pipelines. Adept at managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-based database services (Amazon RDS, Azure SQL Database). Experienced in containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes, including stateful applications.
Committed to database security best practices, encryption, and compliance standards. Passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
