We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst Contractor who understands the concepts, functionality, and capabilities for ERP, Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Operations. The candidate must be capable of performing analysis and documentation of the ‘interim state' during the migration from PeopleSoft to SAP S4 Hana.
The Senior Business Analyst Contractor will be responsible for eliciting requirements, performing detailed analysis and documentation, modeling processes, mapping data between systems, evaluating impacts, prioritizing requests, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Essential Duties
Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for the ‘interim state' during the migration from PeopleSoft to SAP S4 Hana.
Collaborating with project stakeholders to analyze needs, processes, and data mapping requirements for development by the technical team.
Facilitating User Acceptance Testing to ensure software implementation aligns with specifications.
Managing multiple assignments and contributing to 1–3 projects simultaneously.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in modeling (e.g., process / data flows, analysis diagrams).
Experience in data modeling and mapping.
Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana or SAP ECC Sales and Billing (preferred).
Familiarity with Jira (preferred).
Understanding of Data Lake technologies such as GCP or BigQuery (preferred).
Experience with PeopleSoft (preferred).
Background in manufacturing (preferred).
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
10 years of IT experience, ideally in enterprise business-to-business durable goods, construction, or building materials manufacturing.
10 years of experience in systems / data analysis with a proven track record of successful large-scale project implementations.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification (preferred).
