The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting requirements, conducting detailed analysis, documenting processes, mapping data between systems, evaluating impacts, prioritizing requests, and partnering with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Analyze and document interim state processes and requirements during the PeopleSoft to SAP S / 4HANA migration.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to assess business needs, process workflows, and data mapping requirements for technical teams.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions align with business specifications.
Manage assignments effectively while handling 1–3 concurrent projects .

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong experience with SDLC and Agile / Scrum methodologies .
Proficiency in process and data modeling (e.g., process flows, analysis diagrams).
Experience in data modeling and mapping .
Experience in SAP S / 4HANA or SAP ECC Sales and Billing is a plus .
Experience with Jira is a plus .
Familiarity with Data Lake technologies (GCP or BigQuery is a plus) .
Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus .
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus .
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field .
10 years of IT experience , preferably in enterprise B2B, durable goods, construction, or building materials manufacturing .
10 years of experience in systems / data analysis with a strong track record of successful large-scale project implementations.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus .
