Team or Function Overview

This position upports a specialized portfolio of building enclosure solutions for the commercial construction market. The role is based in Addison, TX, and follows a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).

Summary

The role involves providing top-tier account management to internal and external customers across all aspects of the commercial order process, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Essential Duties

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing all aspects of the order management process.
• Processing accurate and error-free orders while ensuring timely updates and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Providing real-time status updates and addressing inquiries from customers and internal teams.
• Communicating product availability and alternative solutions when necessary.
• Collaborating with sales, supply chain, and production teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Updating customer information and ensuring accurate records of special delivery instructions or restrictions.
• Managing Returned Material Requests (RMA) in compliance with company policies.
• Generating reports and providing order information to relevant stakeholders as needed.
