What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience Specialist position at Dataflow, Inc?
Job Description: As a Customer Experience Specialist, your job is to ensure clients have the best possible experience when interacting with Dataflow (online, by phone and at the counter). You act as the first point of contact whenever possible. When there are no customers that need assistance, your other role is to support the production staff. This just means completing helpful tasks that range from copying and scanning to office administration and organizing.
Other Tasks Include:
- being the liaison between our direct sales team and our production team
- learning our pricing and branch level accounting systems
- entering job information into our accounting & job tracking systems
- coordinating with our Operations Manager to schedule production of jobs
- communicating with other branches on job priorities and deadlines
- pre-flighting jobs
- working with clients on new design projects
- scanning, copying and printing
- mounting, laminating and finishing
- installing graphics at client sites
- assisting with corporate marketing initiatives
- assisting customers with our online job submission tools
- assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and data entry
- packaging and distribution tracking
- organizing and cleaning the shop

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
