What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative / Account Manager position at Dataflow, Inc?
As a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager, your primary role will be to strengthen relationships with our existing clients through various interaction while identifying new opportunities for growth. You will proactively reach out to both dormant and current customers to gather feedback, explore ways in which we can better support their needs, and expand the scope of services we provide. Additionally, you will play a key role in setting appointments with larger clients for our outside sales team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and motivated to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
- Proactively reach out to dormant and current clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve collaboration.
- Work closely with customers to explore ways we can expand the scope of our services to meet their needs.
- Set appointments with key decision-makers at larger client companies for our outside sales representatives.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-tier service in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and potential opportunities in the CRM system.
- Engage with customers and prospects at community events to promote our services and expand our client base.

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour base, with unlimited commission opportunity
