What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales / Prospector position at Dataflow, Inc?
In the role of Inside Sales / Prospector, your primary objective will be outbound marketing calls via email, phone and occasionally in-person. A key part of this role will be setting appointments with dormant and current clients for our outside sales team, as well as prospecting to introduce our services to potential new customers. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and motivated to drive customer engagement and sales expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize existing databases to reach out to dormant, existing and potential customers.
- Hit daily/weekly metrics for outbound calls/emails.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
- Engage with customers and prospects at community events.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Occasionally assist with printing, copying and binding documents.
