We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Success Lead to elevate customer engagement, drive retention, and ensure long-term success.

In this role, you will serve as a pivotal partner for our enterprise clients, helping them realize measurable business outcomes through Datagrid’s solutions. Your expertise will combine relationship management, data-driven insights, and operational knowledge to support customers in scaling their data strategies.

As a blend of consultant, project manager, and client advocate, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to maximize adoption, value realization, and growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them from onboarding through to renewal and growth.
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor on best practices to leverage Datagrid’s AI-driven data infrastructure.
  • Enhance customer adoption and satisfaction, ensuring clients see tangible ROI from our platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales to uncover expansion prospects, support upsell initiatives, and ensure steady renewals.
  • Lead business reviews (QBRs) to analyze impact, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and influence the product development roadmap.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks by recognizing potential churn signals and addressing them swiftly.
  • Provide thought leadership by educating clients on industry trends, new features, and strategic use cases.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within a SaaS, Data, or AI-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level customers effectively, driving retention and growth.
  • Strong business acumen with a knack for facilitating data-driven decision-making for clients.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Background in data infrastructure, AI, or analytics platforms is advantageous.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively across teams in a dynamic, customer-focused atmosphere.
