Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking? We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and handle key communication channels, ensuring smooth and efficient customer interactions.
What You’ll Do:
- Inbox Management – Responding to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- SAP Cloud for Sales CRM – Updating and maintaining customer records.
- Live Chat Support – Providing real-time assistance to customers with product or service inquiries.
- Inbound Call Handling – Answering calls, identifying customer needs, and directing them to the appropriate department (No outbound telemarketing!).
- Call Transfers – Quickly determining the correct department and seamlessly transferring calls to the appropriate team member.
