Job Details:

Job Title: Business Application Support Specialist

Location: Waterbury, VT

Duration: 5 months

Responsibilities:

*) Maintain infectious disease surveillance system, including system maintenance and troubleshooting.

*) Work as liaison between epidemiology staff and IT.

*) Maintain relevant documentation.


Critical Qualifications/ Skills

*) Informatics-related skills, including database querying and system troubleshooting.

*) Public health knowledge.

*) HL7 and other electronic message formatting.


Experience/Certification/Licensure/Required:

*) Technical level working with enterprise app systems
