Job Details:
Job Title: HR Business Partner 3
Location: Baltimore, MD (Remote)
Duration: 6 months
Basic Qualifications:
*) Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a full lifecycle recruiting with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality, and client management. Will consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree requirement.
*) Experience using multiple sourcing channels to identify hard to find talent
*) Experience utilizing recruiting role within Workday
*) Experience with technical recruiting with demonstrated success hiring engineers and/or manufacturing related positions.
Preferred Qualifications:
*) Active participant in social, digital, and/or other alternative sourcing techniques
*) Work experience with building effect talent pipelines and conducting tactical searches
*) Background in agency recruiting
*) Experience staffing technical roles while utilizing acumen in assessing market data, trends, and user groups to identify qualified talent.
*) Experience working in roles which require prioritizing high priority projects and meeting multiple deadlines within a face-based environment.
