Role Overview

As a Growth Marketing Associate I, you’ll be instrumental in driving brand visibility, creating compelling content, and supporting sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, storytelling, and digital engagement who wants to learn by doing.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Content & Storytelling: Develop and refine brand messaging, blog posts, case studies, and social media content that drive engagement and brand credibility.
✅ Website Optimization & Digital Presence: Assist in improving DataMap’s website aesthetics, optimizing landing pages, and ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
✅ Sales & Marketing Campaigns: Support lead-generation initiatives through email campaigns, targeted outreach, and paid advertising strategies.
✅ Social Media & Community Engagement: Help manage LinkedIn and other social platforms to amplify brand presence and engage with prospects and partners.
✅ Marketing Research & Analytics: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Track marketing performance and report insights.
✅ Internal & Partner Marketing: Develop materials that support employee engagement, company culture initiatives, and co-branded campaigns with strategic partners.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field.
✅ Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✅ Creative mindset with an interest in branding, digital marketing, and audience engagement.
✅ Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or social media platforms is a plus.
✅ A proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
