Requirements :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX / UI Design Lead to join our team in our new Hyderabad office. This role will focus on driving the design and user experience of our suite of mobile applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability and effectiveness.

Responsibilities :

Lead the UX / UI design for our suite of mobile inventory and barcoding applications.

Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives.

Create and implement innovative design strategies to improve the user experience of our mobile applications.

Oversee the entire design process from concept to final implementation, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional features.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design team members.

Ensure all design solutions align with our company's brand, values, and standards.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to mobile application design.

Qualifications :

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a UX / UI design role, preferably in a SAAS or mobile application environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for mobile platforms, with a focus on user-centered design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft, and understanding how mobile applications extend their capabilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
