As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for developing detailed schedules while negotiating with subcontractors and stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise with Building Information Modeling (BIM), Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project to keep detailed records enabling you to communicate status across all levels of constituents.
Requirements:
- 10 years of previous commercial construction management experience is required
- Medium to large project experience ($20M ) is required
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Strong working knowledge of programs such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proven track record of organizing a project team to accomplish project goals
- Effective negotiation and contract management skills to represent the company with the Owner
- Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines
- Bachelor's Degree Construction Management, Engineering or other related fields.

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
