Our team seeks qualified candidates to provide Middleware Administrator services to our client, in support of diverse development, UAT, and production environments.
Tasks and Duties:
- Core Java and Java EE: A strong understanding of Java fundamentals and enterprise features.
- Middleware Technologies: Familiarity with specific middleware platforms such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss EAP, WebSphere, or others is crucial.
- Database Management: Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MongoDB) is necessary for data integration and management within middleware.
- Software Design Patterns: Understanding design patterns aids in creating robust and maintainable middleware solutions.
- Microservices Architecture: Experience with microservices is increasingly important as middleware often plays a role in connecting distributed services.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Proficiency in CI/CD practices is needed for efficient development and deployment of middleware components.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues is critical for maintaining middleware stability.
- Performance Tuning: Optimizing middleware performance is important for ensuring application responsiveness.
