Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ITSM Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving IT service management processes, ensuring that our IT services align with the needs of the business. This role requires a strong understanding of various technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery and support.
Duties
- Analyze and optimize IT service management processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ITSM tools and frameworks.
- Monitor, manage, and report on service performance metrics.
- Provide support for incident management, problem management, change management, and configuration management processes.
- Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on ITSM best practices.
- Maintain documentation related to IT services, processes, and procedures.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer management, operating systems, servers, firewalls, and virtualization technologies.

Looking for an Ivanti Administrator with hands on experience with configuring/administering changes in Ivanti

Experience
- ITSM Tools - Experience with service management platform, understand asset management and discovery
- Someone who’s an Ivanti Administrator (or as a 2nd option, a ServiceNow Administrator)
- Knows from an incident problem and change standpoint
- Set up integrations, like APIs
SQL, run queries
