Job Overview
To support the Cardiac Assist and Cardiac Surgery Global Product Management; Clinical Marketing; and Training and Development teams in maintaining a highly effective marketing function (e.g. efficient processes, productivity, campaign effectiveness, compliance). Support team collaboration and harmonization of processes across all ACT business areas.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Assist in the development and streamlining of marketing processes
- Support Global product management, clinical marketing and Global Training and Development team and liaise with corporate marketing communications group around key marketing campaigns and product launch initiatives
- Support Global product management/Clinical/Training with development and lifecycle management of product marketing materials (brochures, training materials, digital based content (web, video, etc)
- Manage controlled document activities and traffic in support of marketing function
- Support Global product management/Clinical/Training functions in maintaining compliance with all corporate branding guidelines
- Support Global marketing/Clinical/Training functions in maintaining compliance with all external/internal marketing compliance guidelines.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge and/or experience in Marketing within the healthcare industry
- Up-to-date integrative marketing, advertising and communication knowledge (including Digital) on a global scope
- Capable of high level assistance in management of marketing campaign and product launch projects
- Solid experience in Office-programs and Content Management Systems
- Experience in managing projects, working independently and collaborating with various stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving, Time Management, and Prioritization
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within the area of business or marketing
- Minimum of 3 years proven marketing processes and communication background
This is a “Defined Term” assignment that will last approximately 6 months or until project is complete. Defined Term employees are eligible for most benefits (including health insurance and paid time off) while on assignment.
Salary range: $84,000 - $94,000
