The majority of the Service Tech’s time is spent operating a specialized 26' box truck while following a process to complete a route. Job Duties:
- Operate 22’ - 26’ mobile destruction trucks
- Execute assigned service deliveries in an efficient and secure manner (estimated 25 - 30 stops per day)
- Maintain the highest level of security and service as well as required continuing education
- Maintain accurate route records, customer documents and daily service records
- Operate industrial equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Load and unload trucks
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years’ old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to routinely lift, push, or pull 50 lbs
- Ability to push or pull wheeled carts with a weight of up to 250 lbs
- Ability to complete the work assigned in an effectively and efficiently manner
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and other employees
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work up to 10 hour shifts
- Route driving experience preferred but not required
- Class B CDL required
