About the role
As the Director of Business Development at DataSnipper you will lead and inspire a high-performing BDR team, develop and execute pipeline generation strategies and work cross functionally to ensure alignment to greater revenue goals. Reporting to the CRO, your leadership will directly impact the company's revenue growth by ensuring that the BDR team generates high-quality opportunities for the sales pipeline

- Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Identify and address skill gaps within the team, providing ongoing training
- Drive recruitment efforts to build a strong, diverse, and high-performing BDR team
