About the role
As the Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering at DataSnipper, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of solutions engineers in providing exceptional service and support during the sales process. You will empower your team to understand customer challenges, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless, positive experience throughout the sales cycle
You'll play a critical role in collaborating up with sales leadership to map out strategies and provide expertise within the sales cycle to ensure our prospects understand the value of DataSnipper and to assist in driving deals forward.
