These positions are contingent upon contract award. This project is set to begin in March 2024 and the individual will
be expected to work onsite with some remote flexibility.
Summary
We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Management System Project Manager to oversee the planning, development, and execution of a new HRMS system within our organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining HR processes, enhancing data management, and optimizing employee experiences through effective project management.
Responsibilities
Project Planning : Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Vendor Selection : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and select HRMS vendors, ensuring that the chosen system aligns with the organization's requirements and budget.
Implementation Leadership : Lead the implementation of the HRMS system, ensuring that it is executed on time and within budget, while adhering to quality standards.
Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including HR teams, IT departments, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and progress.
Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Proactively address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance : Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee the system functions correctly, meeting the needs of HR and the organization.
Training and Documentation : Ensure that end-users and HR personnel are adequately trained to use the HRMS system effectively. Create and maintain documentation for system users.
Post-Implementation Support : Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the HRMS system, addressing any issues or updates as needed.
Budget Management : Monitor project expenses, ensuring that the project remains within the established budget constraints.
Project Evaluation : Conduct post-implementation evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the HRMS system and make recommendations for improvements or enhancements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in HRMS or HR-related projects. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR processes and technologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
