Qualifications :
We are seeking a skilled ArcGIS Developer with expertise in ArcGIS API for JavaScript v3 and / or ArcGIS API for JavaScript v4 .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining GIS applications, integrating geospatial data, and working with APIs to enhance mapping functionalities.
The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to modify and create dynamic web-based GIS applications to update a permitting system for the NC Department of Transportation that is used for issuing permits to oversized / over-weight trucks traveling on NC highways.
The candidate will be responsible for migrating maps from older versions of ArcGIS to current version and enhancing functionality.
