This position will support the IT Business Transformation Analyst in the design and development of policies, procedures, and overarching training for Information Technology staff.The primary focus of this position will be on the Software Development Life Cycle and the adaption of the ITIL v3 Service Lifecycle's five stages and included service management processes.In addition to developing new training materials, the position will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of existing training and updates as needed.Position will be responsible for developing e-learning modules.The selected candidate(s) will work directly with IT staff to understand their needs and develop training materials for their use and for the onboarding of new IT staff.Qualifications :
Strong writing skills and technical knowledgeAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to convey information to a varied audience both technical and nontechnicalWorking knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammarAbility to assess resources for accuracy and the ability to extract relevant data from large quantities of informationStrong analysis skills to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problemsStrong understanding of the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-makingStrong time management skillsBasic knowledge of and ability to grasp technology related terminology and conceptsExperience developing policies, procedures, and trainingExperience using workplace e-learning toolsExperience using Microsoft WordPreferences :
