Job Overview:
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Blue Springs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and being a key support player in a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage inbound phone calls
- Assist call-in customers
- Set up new customer accounts
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
- Manage company social media accounts and assist with marketing tasks
- Take overflow calls and assist with general office communications
- Provide administrative support to the Director and VP of Sales
- Perform other related duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable with technology and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a support, admin, or customer-facing role is a plus
