DataStaff, Inc. is in immediate need of a Data Transformation Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC.
*This is a hybrid position. The selected candidate will be expected to work onsite every Wednesday.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the agencies to understand their business needs, assists in development and/or recommendations to support the evaluation of programs, improvement of services, financial transparency, compliance and safety.
- Assist with a portfolio of development efforts
- Provide analytics programming support
- Provide enterprise solutions design support
- Perform testing activities
- Perform systems analysis
- Provide project management support
Required Skills:
- 5 Years - Knowledge of advanced business analysis skills and demonstrated experience in the use of data and its transformation into information
- 5 Years - Ability to write test documentation such as test plans, cases, and results
- 5 Years - Good problem solving and analytical skills
- 5 Years - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments
Desired Skills:
- 5 Years - Demonstrated experience using complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data
- 5 Years - Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC project management methodology supporting application development
- 5 Years - Experience with project workflow and issue tracking systems required, such as JIRA
- 5 Years - Experience in SAS programming or SAS tools such as SAS Studio, Enterprise Guide, Visual Analytics, or Viya
- 5 Years - Experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably in Databricks or Microsoft Power BI
