Job Title: Release Manager

Location: Chandler, AZ

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Release Manager to oversee the entire release process, coordinate with stakeholders, execute release plans, manage defect triage, and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and timely software releases with minimal risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end release process from planning to deployment.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams for smooth execution.
• Create and track release plans, timelines, and dependencies.
• Lead defect triage meetings and ensure critical issues are resolved before release.
• Monitor release readiness, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure risk assessment and rollback plans are in place.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on release status and issues.
• Continuously improve release processes using automation and best practices.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in release management, software delivery, or DevOps.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools, and defect management.
• Experience with JIRA, Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and ITIL processes is a plus.
