About This Role
As our Head of Marketing, you'll be at the forefront of driving demand generation and amplifying our brand across key global markets. By crafting and executing cutting-edge, multi-channel strategies, you'll deliver real, measurable impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Craft the Vision: Develop and implement a practical marketing strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth goals, with sharp focus on demand generation and diversifying channels to market.
- Define KPIs and deliverables that measure and maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Lead the Charge: Own all aspects of marketing, including content, digital campaigns, thought leadership, demand and lead generation, branding, and more.
- Build the Buzz: Develop capabilities like analyst relations and PR to establish Datatonic as a globally recognized leader in Data AI.
- Inspire Excellence: Lead and mentor a talented team of marketers and vendors, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and growth.
- Collaborate Widely: Partner with teams across the business—Sales, Partnerships, CTO's office, and Delivery—to craft impactful campaigns and compelling collateral.
- Amplify Partnerships: Work hand-in-hand with Google Cloud and other key players to deliver unforgettable events and demand-gen initiatives.
- Tell the Story: Be the voice of our brand, weaving customer-centric narratives that resonate across every touchpoint.
About You
- A proven track record of scaling a marketing function and building high-performing teams.
- A data-driven mindset with demonstrated success in driving demand and lead generation across multiple markets.
- Deep understanding of the buyer journey—especially in Cloud Data, Analytics, and AI—and how to engage and convert customers.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills that bring ideas to life and inspire action.
- Preferable - equivalent experience in consulting or hyperscaler cloud partner ecosystem.
