What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Deli Assistant position at Dataw Island Club?
Dataw Island Club is seeking to hire a Deli Assistant to provide excellent food and service to our members and guests.
Job Tasks:
1. Prepares and serves food and beverage items in a timely manner
2. Takes members/guests orders by phone or in person for take-out
3. Cooks and prepares food items using standard formula as directions indicate
4. Wraps menu item such as sandwiches, hot entrees, and desserts for serving or for takeout
5. Preps food items
6. Cleans food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment
7. Stocks food and supplies as needed
8. Balances daily receipts and cash
Reports to: Deli Manager
Schedule and Availability: The Deli is open Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Open all year.
