Business Operations Manager

The Business Operations Manager is a dynamic leadership role focused on driving organizational alignment, operational efficiency, and strategic execution. This role involves overseeing and managing high-impact initiatives, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration, and optimizing workflows across all departments.

The Business Operations Manager will act as a key figure in coordinating strategic priorities, managing projects, and providing actionable insights that support the organization's goals. • Location Maryland - In Office (not hybrid or remote).
• Working Hours 900 AM to 500 PM (minimum), Monday to Friday.

• Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of organizational initiatives to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders across the company.

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is encouraged, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  
  
  

Experience

• 5 years of experience in business operations, project management, strategic leadership roles, or relevant work.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, MS Project).
