ISS TECHNICAL WRITER
High-Level Roles and Responsibilities
- Needs to be proficient in writing and publishing from scratch "Knowledge Articles" within the ServiceNow platform
- Provide technical writing services to ISS Core Engineering Services
- Create, Update and Maintain all technical documentation as assigned
- Develop training material / videos as needed for Azure Enterprise Infrastructure
- Coordinate and provide training sessions to end users
- Maintaining Architecture Diagram updates as needed
- Assistance with writing and organizing all documentation related to CES or ISS projects
Job responsibilities
Requirements
Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines preferred.
You must be a US citizen or national.
You must be able to clear a Federal background check that includes a review of your financial obligations.
