Shift hours: 37.5 hours a week
1/2 hour lunch (unpaid)
Answer telephone inquiries on the Division's automated Contact Center
· Assist customers inquiries regarding Business tax/employer registry, public business filings and records, Notaries Public, Business Records, Apostilles, and other programs administered by DORES
· Make authorized updates to online accounts. i.e. add/end eligibilities, update addresses. Put aside those that require higher level changes.
· Update business sales tax information application to a non-reporting status within the system.
· Update tax eligibility in application to add special eligibilities
