Sr. Desktop Support Technician

Work Location: 600 E. Main St.Richmond, VA (100% On-Site from Day One)

About the Role
Virginia Tax is seeking a qualified Senior Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support and assistance. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to technical queries via phone, email, in person, or through remote access.
- Assisting with the delivery, configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Providing training to computer users and other staff on troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Creating and maintaining documentation related to troubleshooting and problem diagnosis.
- Gathering feedback from users to enhance training methods and improve support services.
- Developing and updating training manuals.
- Analyzing reports to identify common technical issues and trends.
- Troubleshooting VPN, networking, and ISP-related problems.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
