This is a Contrato en Prácticas opportunity for 6 months, with a 2-month trial period (periodo de prueba). Ideal for recent graduates or students currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Human Resources tasks:

Support the recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.

Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives.
Office Management tasks:

Daily management of office supplies and orders.

Handling mail and package deliveries.

Coordination with suppliers and service providers.

Organized internal events, meetings, and team buildings.

Ensuring the proper functioning and organization of the Barcelona office.
Skills and Requirements:
- Spanish and English proficiency is a must!
- Be studying for a master's degree or have a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and no more than 3 years have passed since obtaining their degree.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
