70,000-$80,000 salary plus circa $30-50k commission

ABOUT THE ROLE :
Reporting to the US Country Manager, This Lead role will start as a very hands-on position with the possibility of building and managing a team for a successful candidate.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Client Communication : Engage directly with clients via phone, email, and webchat to provide support and address inquiries.
- Problem Assessment and Solutions : Evaluate client issues and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Team Development : Collaborate with leadership to establish and grow the U.S.-based Customer Account team.
- Product and Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and refine the client experience.
