DataX Connect is in search of a Data Center MEP Project Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex data center projects, serving as the primary point of contact between the client, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems are executed to high standards. Responsibilities include project management, client liaison, technical oversight, contractor management, budget and schedule management, quality assurance, and commissioning and handover coordination.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. Advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 7 years of MEP project management experience, with a focus on data center environments.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems within data centers.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and strong problem-solving abilities.
