The Role
As a Lead Project Manager, you will oversee every aspect of construction operations, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and maintenance of the highest quality standards. You'll be instrumental in managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams while leading multiple medium-sized projects or taking charge of complex scopes in large-scale assignments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage project schedules, addressing long lead items and adapting plans as needed.
- Oversee the negotiation and execution of change orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Monitor and communicate project safety plans effectively to all team members.
- Identify constructability challenges, recommend value engineering opportunities, and propose scope optimizations.
- Complete owner billings, monthly project status reports, and financial risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, insurance, bonds, and scope of work.
- Lead and cultivate project teams while fostering high morale and commitment.
