Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction
DataX Connect are representing a top US General Contractor who require an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex mission critical construction projects. In this role, you'll oversee all phases from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project business plans, logistics, safety, and phasing strategies
- Act as the primary liaison with engineers, architects, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate subcontractors, manage contracts, change orders, and procurement
- Drive schedule development and ensure timely material delivery
- Monitor financials, labour forecasts, compliance, and project reporting
- Lead site meetings, city/state reviews, and quality/safety inspections
- Mentor assistant project managers and interns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 4 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven experience in Mission Critical Construction
- Proficiency with Prolog, E1, and construction management tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage architectural, structural, MEP scopes across multiple trades
