The position
As a Quality Control Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of delivering projects that meet exacting standards and exceed client expectations. You'll:
- Plan & Execute: Partner with project teams to implement contract specifications, drawings, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate & Lead: Build strong relationships with owners, designers, contractors, and your QC team.
- Ensure Quality: Oversee the “Three Phases of Control” Quality Control Plan, conduct meetings, manage inspections, and establish robust testing procedures.
- Track Progress: Maintain project deficiency logs, manage the punch list process, and oversee closeout deliverables.
- Inspire Excellence: Lead staff training, recruit top talent, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
Could this role be for you?
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in construction management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of verifiable experience in construction quality control or inspection.
- Strong communication skills to build consensus and deliver results.
- Proven ability to inspire teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large-scale construction management with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Expertise in developing and managing Quality Control Plans.
- Experience with submittals, RFIs, and coordinating material testing.

Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
