Senior Construction Manager- Data Centers
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the planning and execution of large-scale data center projects across North America for a leading data center developer. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of mission-critical construction.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee end-to-end data center construction from preconstruction to turnover
🔹 Ensure safety, quality, budgeting, and scheduling goals are met
🔹 Manage GCs, trade partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
🔹 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
🔹 Travel may be required across North America up to 50%.
Qualifications:
✔️ 9 years of data center construction management experience
✔️ Expertise in project budgeting, contract administration, and scheduling
✔️ Strong understanding of MEP, CSA, and commissioning processes
✔️ Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex, and fast-paced projects
✔️ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
