The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for the company's success by coordinating the recruitment, administration, and performance initiatives of DataXoom employees.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices
• Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement and development programs
• Provides subject matter expertise in handling the disciplinary processes and formal grievances
• Manage HR vendor relationships; serve as a liaison

Requirements

• 3 years of Human Resource experience
• Associate Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Prompt, motivated self-starter
