We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business development and expand our footprint within enterprise SAP customers. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in enterprise software sales, preferably within the SAP ecosystem. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and closing deals with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
Job Description and Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and engage enterprise accounts to generate new sales opportunities.
- Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
- SAP Ecosystem Collaboration: Work closely with SAP sales teams, partners, and industry influencers to drive co-sell and partner-led opportunities.
- Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate the value of DataXstream’s solutions, particularly OMS , in solving complex order management challenges.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and achieving sales targets.
- Contract Negotiation: Navigate complex contract discussions, working with internal teams to structure mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, with a focus on SAP solutions, ERP, or order management systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem and the ability to navigate SAP partnerships and alliances.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success, and SAP alliances).
- Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) and sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
