We are seeking a results-driven Salesperson to join our Latin American Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and expanding our presence in the region. This role requires a deep understanding of the Latin American market, excellent communication skills, and experience in selling communications or technology solutions.
Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Latin America.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including government agencies, military organizations, and commercial entities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Present and demonstrate Datron’s communication solutions to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales service.
• Represent Datron at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, technology, or defense industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Latin American market and business culture.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
