Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated annual salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 depending on experience. Additionally, we provide access to health insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid holidays, and annual pay raises.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Safely transporting students to and from school
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid CT driver's license
- Have at least 3 years of driving experience
- Pass a background check and drug test
