Job Description:
Lead & Conduct Research:
- Drive evidence-based research strategies, ensuring the UX Research function is represented in cross-functional teams.
- Partner closely with UX Design teams to align research insights with product development.
- Lead user-centered research efforts, consistently driving product improvements and innovations based on actionable insights.
- Set a rapid, engaged pace for research iterations every sprint cycle.
- Use research data to identify and challenge assumptions and mitigate risks.
Focus on Customer Needs:
- Gather and synthesize deep insights into customer use cases and needs, specifically related to search enhancements at the point of care.
- Collaborate with partner teams to evaluate competitors and market needs in greater detail.
- Provide valuable input to product and design teams, grounding product strategies in user needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with a variety of research methods, including knowing when and how to apply each approach.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex research initiatives in linguistically diverse contexts.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Experience working with senior executives and influencing business strategies.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your impact through polished case studies.
- Expertise in delivering research findings quickly, with concise analysis for actionable insights.
- A passion for engaging with users, understanding their behaviors, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
