Responsibilities:
As a Developer, you are responsible for the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) across a variety of technologies and solutions:
- Analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of business and technical IT solutions.
- Implementing solutions for core technologies, custom off-the-shelf (COTS) systems, and niche technologies such as e-commerce, mobility, and TPF systems.
- Construct, test, and implement portions of business and technical solutions through appropriate SDLC methodologies.
- Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and conversions of standard business and technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve business and technical problems using appropriate analysis tools.
- Apply specialized knowledge in areas such as assembly/integration, cross-discipline functions, knowledge engineering, and legacy system evolution.
- Engage with customers to understand the business environment and technical context, ensuring solutions align with their needs.
- Define project scope, plans, and deliverables, including proposed implementation dates.
- Research and recommend new technologies, processes, and tools to enhance solutions and workflows.
- Assist in defining alternative solutions to address business challenges effectively.
