Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for IT infrastructure, including handling Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during field visits or dispatches, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Diagnose technical issues, identify solutions, and apply corrective actions to resolve problems efficiently.
• Produce detailed service reports and document all actions taken for transparency and future reference.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing technical support.
• Ensure workflows are properly aligned with schedules and deadlines.
• Accurately document solutions for complex issues, ensuring that resolutions are both effective and sustainable.
• Create and implement workaround procedures when standard procedures fail, ensuring business continuity.
• Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors, providing support for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Demonstrate the ability to safely use a ladder as part of on-site tasks.
