Position Title: Business Analyst / QA Analyst (Remote)

- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to identify, define, and document business requirements.
- Develop process flows, wireframes, screen designs, and storyboards to support system design.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and secure necessary approvals.
- Communicate and coordinate with UI/UX, app development, backend, CMS, testing, and other subject matter experts to ensure design and development alignment.
- Maintain and update product roadmaps, epics, user stories, use cases, and documentation in collaboration with the applications manager.
- Write detailed test cases based on wireframes, mockups, and functional requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive functional testing, including cross-browser and mobile testing, ensuring compatibility and usability across devices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to content, layout, accessibility, and functionality across multiple platforms.
- Develop and execute testing strategies, plans, and tools to meet project objectives.
- Ensure all solutions are thoroughly tested for functionality and integrity.
- Write SQL queries and compile data reports as necessary.
- Maintain requirement documentation and traceability matrices.
- Provide Help Desk support as needed for production applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst / QA Analyst across the SDLC (requirements gathering, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, and maintenance).
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business unit SMEs, Business Analysts, vendors, and end users.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Consistently meets or exceeds client and personal performance expectations, contributing to the achievement of project goals.
