- Collaborated with Project Managers and Workstream Leads to allocate testing resources across business processes.
- Analyzed project requirements to understand testing needs, estimating and securing management support for time and resources.
- Managed the development of test scenarios and scripts, ensuring all necessary data was staged and sequenced appropriately for testing.
- Ensured testing environments and application security were prepared to facilitate smooth testing operations.
- Oversaw and maintained all testing documentation and artifacts, ensuring they met organizational standards.
- Reviewed and monitored testing outcomes, escalating results or issues that impacted project requirements.
- Organized and led status meetings, providing regular reports on testing activities, outcomes, test case coverage, and defect statuses.
- Collaborated closely with testing resources and workstream leads to ensure all test steps, data, and responsibilities were well-coordinated and understood.
